Please note: Receipt of Pos Ekspress envelopes do not require any signatures. It will be left in your post box or doorstep.

*We will reply your email within 24 hours to confirm your order. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please re-send your email/order form.

*Please ensure that the item code and mailing address in your order form/email is ACCURATE.

*Please make payment to our Maybank/Public Bank/CIMB account. Account details will be provided to you in the confirmation email.

*Send us a confirmation of your deposit. If payment has been received, the parcel will be posted within the same/next day (except weekends & Public Holidays), unless otherwise stated.
